  • USDOT Number Registration

DESCRIPTION:
A USDOT number is required for companies operating commercial vehicles over 10,000 lbs, transporting passengers, operating interstate, or hauling hazardous materials.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
A request for necessary information will be emailed to you. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days. Your USDOT number will be provided once filed.

  • MC Authority Registration (MC Number)

DESCRIPTION:
MC authority permits carriers to transport regulated commodities across state lines for hire. It is required for interstate for-hire transportation.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
After a brief phone call, you will receive an email requesting required information.

If filed separately: Processing takes 5–7 business days
A company snapshot will be emailed once complete.

If filed with the USDOT: MC issues within 24–48 hours after USDOT approval

  • Driver Qualification File (DQF) / Safety Reporting System

DESCRIPTION:
Under 49 CFR 391, interstate carriers and carriers in qualifying states must maintain a Driver Qualification File for every driver. This compliance file includes critical documents such as Motor Vehicle Reports, prior employer investigations, background checks, and safety history.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
After a short 5–10 minute interview, we prepare a complete 30-page legal DQF file and mail the finished packet to you. We recommend storing it at your principal place of business for compliance.

  • BOC-3 Filing (Designation of Process Agents)

DESCRIPTION:
Required under 49 CFR 366, a BOC-3 filing designates legal process agents in all U.S. states and is required for MC Number activation.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Your BOC-3 is filed electronically within 3 business days. You will receive your registered agent list and confirmation by email. This is a one-time filing..

  • Drug & Alcohol Consortium Enrollment

DESCRIPTION:
Per 49 CFR Part 382, CDL drivers and operators of vehicles over 26,001 lbs GVWR, passenger vehicles with 15+ occupants, or hazmat carriers must participate in a random drug and alcohol testing program and complete a pre-employment drug test. This program must be renewed annually.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Upon enrollment, you will receive:

  • Certificate of Enrollment
  • Workplace policy
  • Pre-employment testing instructions (sent within 24–48 hours)

The annual fee includes all testing categories: pre-employment, random, and post-accident.

  • FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration

DESCRIPTION:
The FMCSA Clearinghouse is a secure national database containing real-time drug and alcohol violation information for CDL and CLP drivers.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
You will receive an email with instructions to set up your Clearinghouse account. Once completed, your login credentials and security codes will be emailed to you.

  • Supervisor Training (Reasonable Suspicion Training)

DESCRIPTION:
Under 49 CFR 382.603, supervisors overseeing CDL-required drivers must complete 2 hours of Reasonable Suspicion Training (60 minutes alcohol, 60 minutes controlled substances). A score of 80% or higher is required.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
You will receive the training course and instructions by email. Upon successful completion, your certificate will be provided for your compliance records.

  • UCR Registration (Unified Carrier Registration)

DESCRIPTION:
Required under 49 CFR 367, UCR registration must be renewed annually by interstate carriers. Fees are based on the number of vehicles operated.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Processing typically takes 2–4 business days. You will receive confirmation upon completion and renewal reminders before each annual deadline.

  • Biennial Update (MCS-150)

DESCRIPTION:
FMCSA requires all carriers to update their USDOT information every two years. Failure to file can result in fines up to $1,000 per day and deactivation of the USDOT number.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Minimal information is required, and processing takes 1–3 business days. Updates are required every two years.

  • IFTA Registration

DESCRIPTION:
The International Fuel Tax Agreement requires carriers operating in two or more member jurisdictions with a GVWR of 26,001 lbs+ or three or more axles to obtain an IFTA license and decals.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
You will receive an email requesting required information. Processing times vary by state (1–12 weeks). Your license and decals will be mailed once approved, and your online account login will be sent via email.

  • IFTA Quarterly Filings

DESCRIPTION:
Any carrier with an IFTA account must file quarterly fuel tax returns reporting mileage and fuel use across jurisdictions.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
You will receive a quarterly email requesting mileage and fuel data. Filings are completed within 7–10 business days once all information is submitted. Service fees do not include taxes owed.

  • IRP Registration (Apportioned Plates)

DESCRIPTION:
Under the International Registration Plan, vehicles with a GVWR of 26,001 lbs+ operating interstate must register and obtain apportioned plates.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
You will receive an email requesting required documents. Processing ranges from 1–12 weeks depending on state. Once state fees are calculated, you will be notified of taxes owed; plates are mailed once paid.
