This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between DOT Registrations & Compliance (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us”) and the undersigned client (“Client,” “you”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which registration and compliance services are provided following a completed sale.
1. Scope of Services
DOT Registrations & Compliance provides professional assistance with transportation-related registrations and compliance filings, which may include but are not limited to:
- USDOT and MC registrations
- Safety Reporting (Driver Qualification)
- BOC-3 filings
- Drug & Alcohol Consortium enrollment
- UCR, IFTA, and other federal or state-level compliance services
Services are administrative in nature and are performed based on the information provided by the Client. We do not guarantee approval times, processing speeds, or outcomes determined by third-party agencies.
2. Client Acknowledgments
By proceeding with services, Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- All services begin immediately upon payment and entry into processing status
- Client-authorized submissions may be filed electronically and/or manually
- Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client are not the responsibility of the Service Provider
- DOT Registrations & Compliance is not a government agency and does not represent the FMCSA, USDOT, or any state authority
3. Processing & Work Performed
Once payment is received, services are considered initiated and in progress. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Review and verification of Client information
- Preparation and submission of required filings
- Allocation of internal resources, time, and administrative labor
Due to the immediate commencement of work, services are classified as non-tangible, time-sensitive administrative services.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
- All fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to payment
- Payment constitutes authorization to proceed with all selected services
- Prices reflect professional service time and administrative processing, not solely the filing itself
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
Client agrees that:
- Chargebacks are not permitted once services have entered processing status
- Initiating a chargeback in lieu of contacting the Service Provider for resolution constitutes a breach of this Agreement
- In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, DOT Registrations & Compliance reserves the right to:
- Provide documentation of work performed
- Suspend or terminate services
- Recover associated administrative, processing, and dispute-related costs
Partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of DOT Registrations & Compliance if services have not been fully completed. Any completed filings or services rendered are non-refundable.
6. Regulatory Outcomes & Agency Determinations
Client understands and agrees that DOT Registrations & Compliance provides administrative and compliance assistance services only. While we work diligently to prepare, submit, and process filings accurately and in good faith, final approval timelines, activation dates, and determinations are made solely by third-party agencies such as the FMCSA, USDOT, or applicable state authorities.
Regulatory requirements, agency processing times, system availability, and review outcomes are outside the control of DOT Registrations & Compliance and may change without notice. Delays or outcomes resulting from agency review, backlog, system issues, or regulatory changes do not constitute a failure of service.
DOT Registrations & Compliance remains responsible for the professional performance of the administrative services agreed upon under this Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOT Registrations & Compliance shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost revenue, business interruptions, or regulatory penalties
- Agency delays or system outages beyond our control
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- Client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or chargeback-related conduct
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulations cannot be met
